Ian Aspinall brings over 27 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry to his role as Head of Sales at OMG.
Throughout his career, Ian has developed a deep understanding of various facets within the industry. He began his journey in 1996 at Sanford Securities, wearing dual hats: managing private client services and leading national marketing initiatives.
Prior to OMG, Ian leveraged his expertise in several key areas. He served as product strategist and manager for BaillieuACTIVE, a managed account platform by Baillieu Holst. Additionally, he led business development efforts at both FinClear (previously Lonsec Stockbroking) and ASX-listed GBST Limited, where he focused on retail broker solutions.
Ian's extensive network encompasses Australia's leading dealer groups, market participants, wealth managers, family offices, and institutional traders. This broad network allows him to foster strong relationships and navigate the complexities of the financial services landscape with ease.
