Marketech uses Openmarkets to execute, clear and settle your trades.

Note: you need to have at least a "Minimum Marketable Parcel" of shares (value of at least $500) to be able to transfer your holdings: any lot of NSX stock you wish to transfer to a Marketech account from another broker must be worth $500 or more to meet the MMP rule.

If you need more information about what to do with a holding less than $500 in value, you may need to contact the registry.

https://pearler.com/help/5900116-how-can-i-get-my-chess-statements-via-email-instead-of-physical-mail

If you need a new CHESS statement now, please get a holding statement from your broker.

If you would like to transfer CHESS shares from Openmarkets to another market participant, please direct your query to the relevant market participant, who will in turn contact us.

Your HIN will be available on your CHESS statement and your broker account; if you need to make any updates, please contact your sponsoring broker.

>Private Holdings (unlisted shares)

If you hold shares in unlisted companies, you will need to contact your registry for any details on your holdings or updates to your account details.

The main registries for Australian shares are ComputerShare, Automic, Boardroom and RegistryDirect

>SelfWealth customers

If you have received correspondence from the ASX advising Openmarkets as CHESS sponsor and your holding under a HIN, please note that Openmarkets is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Market Participant supporting only Australian Financial Services Licensees (AFSL) and we do not engage retail investors directly - this is done typically via a platform or an adviser.

While Openmarkets did support SelfWealth, acting as their market participant, we no longer do and unfortunately cannot assist in this matter.
Please contact SelfWealth directly at https://www.selfwealth.com.au/

>Dividends and Corporate Actions

If you are expecting dividends or other corporate action, please log in your broker account to get the relevant information and approve any action.

>Deceased Estate Management

Openmarkets is a B2B provider of trading infrastructure to brokers; please contact the registry (for unlisted holdings) or broker (for listed holdings) to process your requests.

>About Share transfers

- Share transfer requests usually take up to two business days to process.
- Openmarkets will verify your details, such as your account and stock details, with your current AFSL.
- You can check on the status of your request with the Market Participant requesting the stock/HIN to be transferred.

>Broker to Broker transfer

If you are experiencing delays in a transfer, this could be because:
•The Account details at Openmarkets do not match the account details at the new broker;
•The signatories on the HIN transfer request do not match the signatories on the Account details.
You need to liaise with the new broker to establish exactly what the reason is that is preventing the transfer. They will advise what course of action you need to undertake.
Please be aware that the ASX CHESS system is unforgiving if details do not match regarding the Account Name/Applicants. In the case of signatures, this is an important process, so we ensure we avoid fraud.
